SAC MUSEUM FIELDTRIP: OCTOBER 28, 2002

Our field trip was cool and terrific. We looked for math facts and facts about the airplanes and helicopters. We answered questions on our scavenger hunt and learned about them. We saw bombs, airplanes, helicopters, torpedoes, and jets. We learned about how tall they were and how long their wingspan is. We also learned about our presidents. We saw three rockets. At the safari, we saw gray wolves, black and brown bears, elks, white tailed deer, pelicans, and buffalos.

THE BEST PART OF ME: NOVEMBER 7, 2002

The best part of me is my brain.  It can tell me the answers to questions, it tells my body what to do, and it helps me to think.  I like it because I can think, say great things in a conversation, and hear sounds.  My brain has helped me to remember about my mom when she is working far away, about my family when they are not with me, and my friends.  My brain shows that I am smart and good.
